Come Visit and Sip at Hollander Distillery! Tour duration: approximately one hour Hollander Distillery is a family-owned craft distillery located in the Jerusalem Hills, specializing in the production of fine spirits made from locally sourced ingredients. Join us to hear our family story — from our founding in 1930, through World War II, the establishment of the State of Israel, and up to today. During the tour, you’ll explore our various production areas and learn about the fascinating process of crafting our spirits. We’ll finish the experience with a guided tasting session featuring a selection of our unique products. Optional add-on: A platter of breads and snacks for 70 NIS — please contact us in advance to order. The platter includes: salted pâté crackers, olive tapenade, olive snacks, balsamic jam by “Anshei HaZayit,” Gouda cheese (goat’s or cow’s milk), and grissini sticks.
